Vestados respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the GDPR. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Vestados is published by Toine.com B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 87544903. That company is the controller for the personal data described here.

What data

Newsletter: only your email address, and only after a double opt-in. Clicks on affiliate links are counted without identifying you personally. Our server keeps standard technical logs for security and stability.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your email address solely to send the newsletter, based on your consent. Optional analytics are off by default and only run if you consent to them.

Retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe with one click using the link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Send your request to contact@vestados.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

No selling of data

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
